It's only now I'm 18 and (debatably) more responsible that I sometimes pick up a few bourbon and cokes or something as RTDs. Alcopops were never particularly cheap. Fortunately my tastes have matured to the point I drink beer mostly, where I hated it before.

Re: Ruddbonics: A Quick Lesson

Excellent work. As I work for a liquorstore, I find it relevant to note something about rudd dodging. It is now cheaper to buy a 700ml bottle of non-name brand (weighing in at ~29 standard drinks) than to buy a 6pk of cans of smirnoff double blacks (weighing in at a mere 12.6 s.d.), something i'm sure that isn't unique to my store.
Perhaps the great rudd-mon does not understand the concept of substitute products? Or perhaps any part of drinking today, as the RTDs at least have the advantage of providing some liquid to the system, whereas just vodka may not have the same effect. Their sweetness can also have an off putting effect for the stomach, with enough straight vodka the party just keeps going till you're completely rudded, with fair potential to experience ruddgret

Re: Ruddbonics: A Quick Lesson

I take responsibility for 15/19ths of that post.

Re: Ruddbonics: A Quick Lesson

Mobile Patriotism and Liberty Bags are incredible.
